Arts and Crafts Bookcase with Leaded Glass

One of the better stacking bookcases you will find. The beautiful original dark oak finish enhances the richness of this bookcase. The beautiful leading and the bonus drawer on the bottom add to the overall desirability. Each section is signed with a red label, "Globe-Wernieke." The rich finish is even throughout; some of the pictures may appear that some sections are lighter. That is not the case. Also has the original metal knobs.
Victorian Spool Cabinet

This cabinet was used for spools but now can be used as a side table or any other companion piece. Beautiful carving and hardware bring the quality of this to another level. Note the exquisite condition of the gold lettering, which is normally worn or missing. Beautifully finished on all four sides.

This is certainly one of the finest lap desks we have come across. The wealthy traveler had his manservant bring him this desk to do his work. Note the number of sections and fold out compartments. It even has the original calender and leather writing surface. When the desk is open, it has a maximum depth of 23-1/2" and height of 16".
